With it's highly skilled professionals, PECL brings not only a wealth of experience, but a wide range of skill sets and a diversity of backgrounds. More than a third of our professionals have over 20 years' experience, and two thirds with at least 10 years. These highly experienced professionals are there to provide guidance to our vibrant younger staffers, instilling in them the passion for quality and delivery of service that is the PECL hallmark.

Many of our staffers bring international experience, and several have highly prestigious and sought after US and Canadian Professional Engineering licenses. These North American PE licenses mean that our professionals are recognized and regarded both in America and around the world. Most of our colleagues are fluent in English and have worked with international companies on global projects. Accordingly, they are well versed with international codes and standards.

PECL has more than 220 Taiwan certified and licensed professionals that provide a wide range of skills and certifications for not only the Taiwan market, but are eligible to work throughout APAC. This means that from feasibility studies right on through to detailed design, construction, and testing & commissioning and handover, PECL has the skills and service capabilities to get the entire job done.
