PECL has always welcomed new and diverse talent to join the company. This year, PECL continues to be actively involved with NTU's International Mentorship Program that aims to facilitate linking talented students with Taiwan-based companies to retain talent locally and provide opportunity for students to put theory into practice.

We welcomed Analia, a student from Paraguay, who was with us as an Intern this summer assigned to an Offshore Wind Project learning the works of Project Execution and Project Management. She plans to further her studies and pursue her future career here in Taiwan after graduation.
