PECL's First EPC Project
The Taiwan Fertilizer Company (TFC) CBS Ammonia Recovery Plant, located in Miaoli County, was built between June 1995 and May 1997.
PECL's EPC scope covered process/I&C/piping systems, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works. Additionally, PECL performed testing, commissioning and startup.
