PECL's First EPCM Project
The Du Pont plant is a 60,000 metric ton/year titanium dioxide plant located in the Kuanyin Industrial Complex in northern Taiwan. Constructed between October 1989 and October 1993, PECL's scope of work included engineering, procurement and construction management of all OSBL (outside the primary process units boundary limits) facilities such as air, water, fuel oil and steam supply systems, service buildings, plant-wide electrical, communication, fire protection, and civil engineering. PECL also provided detailed design for vessel and steel structures and joint construction management for the entire plant.
