PECL powers up the Philippines' future
The Toledo Power Plant consists of three 300 ton coal fired CFB boilers powering 82MW steam turbines, along with BOP systems and buildings.
PECL provided basic and detailed design for the architecture, civil and steel structure engineering, tank/vessels, piping, pipe stress analysis/support, along with electrical systems and instruments.
