The Dragon Steel Corporation (DSC) is China Steel Corporation's subsidiary located in Taichung Harbor for the manufacture of high quality steel.
PECL worked with European production equipment suppliers by providing engineering design for two 5 million metric tons/year Blast furnaces (BF) and three Basic Oxygen Furnaces (BOF) for DSC.
