When CSC began its Dragon Steel Company (DSC) subsidiary in Taichung Port, PECL worked with major foreign equipment suppliers by providing detailed engineering for BF (Blast Furnaces) and BoF (Basic Oxygen Furnaces), and other facilities during the DSC construction stage.
