Securing environmentally safe economic development
Mai-Liao Power Corporation (MPC) is planning to build a 1.8~2.4 GW gas-fired combined cycle power plant with an LNG terminal. PECL provides services for the Environment Impact Assessment, including environmental survey, simulation of emission, warm water discharge, as well as LNG safety. The scope of work includes public opinion polling and sub-sea cultural heritage surveys, among others. Mitigation strategies are being developed, and environmental monitoring plans will be drawn up.
