Wayne Chin (PECL Chairman) and Robert Liu (PECL Assistant VP/Business Line Mgr. of Environmental and Chemical) attended the swearing in ceremony to confirm new CPC Chairman Lee and President Fang by the Minister of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Wang Mei Hua. Chairman Lee has over 40 years and President Fang over 30 years of CPC service. CPC is sponsored by the MOEA and is key customer for PECL and Bechtel in Taiwan.
PECL was formed as a JV between Bechtel and the MOEA over 43 years ago and both Minister Wang Mei Hua and Chairman Lee were keynote speakers at our PECL 40th year celebration. PECL has cultivated deep and long relations with CPC, and Robert has known and worked with President Fang for over 20 years!
