PECL Chairman Attends CIP, TECO Deal Signing

Launching Taiwan into the future of energy
PECL Chairman Wayne Chin was honored to attend the signing ceremony between Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and TECO Electric & Machinery Co. (TECO) for the Changfang and Xidao offshore wind (CFXD) project. PECL is an exclusive subcontractor to TECO, performing detailed design and PMC services, as well as EPC services for piling and civil/structural scope for the CIP substation.
The CFXD project is located on the Changhua County coastline. With a total capacity of 600MW, CFXD represents PECL's entry into the exciting offshore wind market.
Messrs Jesper Krarup Holst (CEO, CIP Taiwan) and George Lien (Acting President, TECO) represented the two parties. Also in attendance were Deputy Director BK Yang, of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Bureau, and Marina Hsu (Chief Development Officer, CIP Taiwan).
