Providing technical solutions for electric power generation and waste treatment
Chiayi Lutsao Incineration Plant covers a total area of 4.5 hectares, with a capacity of treating 900 tons/day of refuse, and has power cycle units generated 28 MW.
The plant will continuously burn non-hazardous waste. Heat energy from the incinerator is recycled to produce steam for electricity generation. The wastewater treatment plant is designed to be zero discharge.
PECL was responsible for performing engineering and detailed design; including preparation of architectural drawings, civil/structure drawings, P&IDs, plant arrangement, fire-fighting, HVAC, silencer and diesel oil system M/R preparation, piping plan and support location drawings, electrical drawings as well as vendor drawing review. The service also included construction management.
