The plant consists of a 200 tph coal fired Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) Boilers, a 44 MWe condensing steam turbine and BOP systems and buildings.
PECL performed basic and detail design services for architecture, civil, steel structure, mechanical, environmental, piping, electrical and instrument/control for the entire cogeneration plant.
