Discussion of Start Up Activity

PECL provides an exhaustive array of Startup and Operations services to all of its Business Lines. From start-up quality control verification to the facility/system turnover, PECL employs a credo of exacting thoroughness. PECL field startup teams join the project at early stage for preparing testing activities and convert the execution strategy from the component operating mode to system operating mode to ensure that pre-operations and commissioning sequences and requirements have been taken into account in a working arrangement. Testing of equipment and systems to meet specified functional requirements and early production is a critical duty of PECL start-up group. During the plant operation phase, PECL will provide plant betterment, outage, maintenance and operation services as needed. The service scope of plant betterment will include feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement, construction and testing of modified equipment and systems. The major purpose of plant betterment is to improve operability, maintainability and reliability for current system or equipment.
