To properly and successfully execute today's projects, big or small, the project management team must be provided with the necessary tools that assist in the early planning, monitoring and control of scope, schedule and costs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Effective project execution requires extensive planning and a dedicated project team. A well-defined scope and a realistic project execution plan are keys to succeeding. At PECL, project front end efforts include basic design development, equipment and material sourcing, construction methods and project controls programs- all crucial steps prior to project implementation. PROJECT CONTROLS

PECL's project controls system provides the manager, the project team, and the customer with the means of continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress and performance against goals and milestones such as the project budget and schedule. It also gives advance warning of trends, deviations, slippage, and other potential problems, allowing timely corrective actions to be taken to minimize the impact on cost, schedule, and quality. An integrated computer network is used, when appropriate, to provide an instantaneous controls system that continuously monitors project progress and performance.
