MICROELECTRONICS PECL made its entrance into the microelectronics industry over a decade ago when the industry was just taking its first step towards establishing Taiwan as a silicon kingdom. While Taiwan strode at its rapid pace to become one of the world's silicon giants, PECL developed its own cutting-edge technology and expertise in this unique industry.

PECL swiftly matured as a result of its continuous participation in the majority of the advanced microelectronics facilities projects (IC Wafer, Silicon Wafer materials and TFT-LCD) in Taiwan and in other areas of the Asia-Pacific region. Such an active role has successfully shaped PECL into Taiwan's leading engineering and construction firm in the microelectronics industry.
AEROSPACE With the completion of China Airlines' Three-Bay Hangar project, PECL demonstrated its skill and expertise in yet another high-tech industrial sector. PECL continues to develop its capabilities and experience in this growing market.
STEEL AND CEMENT PECL's industrial business was founded by providing services to the mining and metal industry in Taiwan. PECL has performed work on China Steel's expansion project, the Yieh United Steel Mill, the Walsin Carpenter Special Steel Mill, and China Himent's Slag Cement Plant.

PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOTECH On the solid basis of PECL's well-developed microelectronics facilities expertise, PECL has positioned itself for the expected market opportunities of Taiwan's emerging pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
