PECL's Chemical Team couples the latest technology with hard-earned experience. We offer a full range of services for refining petrochemical, chemical and pipeline projects. Our Chemical line is equipped with the most modern three-dimensional structural and piping design software available. We also boast state-of-the-art walk through model review work stations, fully automatic structures, control and electrical design tools, and process simulation software.

In addition, our parent company, Bechtel, has completed more than 50 grass root refineries and 350 chemical & petrochemical projects
